Leave request for attending cousin's wedding

Leave letters are generally written to get informed and legal leave for absence from office for some specified period mention in the letter. You can request your employer to permit your leave application in the cases where you know that something important is going to take place in near future. I am DeCarlo working as an assistant supervisor in your firm and I need leave for two days starting from tomorrow 04 January 2008. One of my cousin is getting married the day after tomorrow and I must make my presence in the wedding.
I kindly request you to grant me leave on the above mentioned days and make this leave as an informed leave.
